We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit card payments as well as PayPal, AmazonPay, Bread Financing, Bread Split-Pay, personal checks and money orders. All order information is encrypted so you can feel safe using the secure on-line ordering system. However, We also accept orders via phone, fax, and US mail. Telephone orders are accepted Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST. All credit card orders are subject to verification through a third-party screening service (Signifyd, Inc) to protect us and cardholders from fraudulent activity. A notification will promptly be send for suspicious orders and that require further information before processing. Orders placed using personal checks and money orders will be held until funds clear (approximately 5 business days after receipt). Legal fees and collection costs in addition to the outstanding balance will be collected for credit card chargebacks. Outstanding balances over 45 days old will incur interest at 1.5% per a month and will be referred to a collections agency. Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Most in-stock orders ship the same day. However, some orders will ship next business day especially if placed late in the afternoon. You will be promptly notified if your order happens to be out-of-stock (stock status is also displayed on the product webpage). Most out-of-stock orders ship within two weeks. A time estimate will be given for out-of-stock orders and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time before shipment. We do not charge your credit card for out-of-stock orders until the item is shipped. Items are typically shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx for domestic orders. Please note that your item may ship from warehouses located in all parts of the country. We make every effort to ship from locations closest to our customers. Items are shipped Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Overnight and two day delivery options exclude Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays. A signature may be required for delivery. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within seven (7) days. Please submit a Shipping Problem Resolution Form so we can resolve any shipping problems as quickly as possible.
All international purchases are final and non-returnable. Warranty service may be limited or not available outside the United States. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees. Please note that we will not ship items as “gifts” for customs purposes. Any refused packages will be charged for shipping costs and all fees associated with the return shipment. International orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Additional shipping charges may be required for oversized items. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards, PayPal and international wire transfers. Additional credit card verification information may be required to process international credit card payments. The total of all international credit cards purchases may be limited. We reserve the right to unilaterally refuse or reject international orders for any reason. Minn Kota, Lowrance and Hazmat items will not be shipped outside the United States.

First Harmonic Limited accepts returns for up to thirty (30) days after shipment. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: Open software, mapping/chart data cards, international orders, freight truck only items, and special order items. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. Customer must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) through the product returns link on our website or by emailing us
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for defective items if deemed necessary by the manufacturer. The customer must first contact the manufacturer for technical support to confirm product is defective and that product replacement is deemed necessary. Please provide the name of the technician, serial number, and details about the defect. Return instructions and a label will be provided.
Eligible non-defective products may be returned for a full refund minus shipping paid (if any). To be eligible for a non-defective return, your merchandise must be unused/unopened and must be in the original packaging. Non-defective returns that show signs of installation/use, missing parts/packaging, missing proof of purchase/UPC code, or have serial numbers that do not match our records will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective returns. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. First Harmonic Limited is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
General – Cancellations, Shipping Damage, Missing Packages, Shipment Refusals:
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within seven (7) days. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with refused shipments including carrier fees, freight to the customer, and return freight. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent COD, without a return authorization, show signs of undisclosed installation/use, has missing parts/packaging, missing proof of purchase/UPC code, or have serial numbers that do not match our records. If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
